We are expanding and looking for a Gynecologist and/or IVF doctor for our clinic.

At Gothenburg IVF Clinic and Gynecologist & Fertility Center in Gothenburg, we provide care in gynecology (including gynecological day surgery) and reproductive medicine. We started our operations about 6 years ago in new premises and have gradually expanded since then. We are certified according to ISO 9001 and Golden Chain and have a collective agreement through Almega.

At Gynecologist & Fertility Center, we have general gynecological outpatient services and perform benign gynecological day surgery.

At Gothenburg IVF Clinic, we perform IVF treatments, insemination treatments, donation treatments with eggs and sperm, freezing of gametes and embryos using the latest technology and equipment. We also perform hysteroscopic fertility procedures.

You will be part of a team with extensive knowledge and strong commitment to patients and the organization.

We are looking for a specialist doctor in gynecology, preferably with surgical experience and/or an interest in reproductive medicine. Job responsibilities

You will work in a team with gynecologists, nursing assistants, receptionist/secretary, midwives, embryologists, psychologist, dietitian, operating room nurses, and anesthesiologists. You will meet patients who come to us for general gynecology and benign gynecological surgery as well as for fertility investigations and fertility treatments (IVF, insemination, and donation treatments). At Gothenburg IVF Clinic, you will be able to participate in ongoing development work and research, at Gynecologist & Fertility Center you will be able to help further develop the outpatient services as well as the benign day surgery operations.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who are a Specialist Doctor in Obstetrics & Gynecology, preferably with previous experience in benign gynecological surgery and/or fertility-related surgery and/or IVF, which is meritorious but not a requirement. The job responsibilities can be adapted depending on your current competence and there will be opportunities for further development. You are meticulous and quality-conscious, want to develop in your role as a doctor, and want to help further develop the organization together with us.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability. You need to have good communication and collaboration skills and be able to express yourself well in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. You should have good computer skills and be service-oriented. Being independent in your work and secure in your role while appreciating teamwork with several professions is also good qualities, as well as being engaged, driven, and willing to develop.

In your work, you strive to always achieve the best possible patient interaction, patient safety, and care quality.

Employment scope

Start date: By agreement.

Duration: Permanent employment. We apply a 6-month probationary period.

Working hours: By agreement, 75 - 100 %.

Working hours: Our operations are primarily conducted during the day, but some weekend work may occur.

Salary: Individual salary setting.
